STK Miami is not your daddy’s steakhouse. Inspired by and uniquely designed for the emerging downtown Miami cityscape, the restaurant will feature dining spaces with direct access to the iconic Biscayne Boulevard. This will also be the first of the newly designed STK restaurants that will be open for both daytime and evening dining. The menu features reimagined classic American cuisine with signature dishes like bite-sized Lil’ BRGs made with Wagyu beef, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and, of course, the highest quality steak. The STK Miami is located in the new ME Miami by Melia, at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard. Here is more information about STK Miami :
According to New Times :
"Geometric and pixelated modernistic patterns, courtesy of Indiewalls, abound. The restaurant's art collection includes commissioned works from international and local artists, connecting the location to the city’s vibrant arts district. The art-tech company also installed neon lights that invite guests to "dare to be" above one of STK's banquette-wrapped tables adjacent to the DJ booth. Unlike it's Miami Beach sister, this locale will offer lunch and outdoor seating, beginning in a few weeks. The menu is still very similar but, there are some new surprises. The former executive sous-chef of STK Miami Beach, Rafael Linares, will execute menu additions such as a shaved Brussels sprout salad tossed with apple, cranberry, aged goat cheese, and marcona almonds ($15); beef carpaccio topped with Parmesan, pickled mustard, garlic chips, and walnut oil ($16); and king salmon served over roasted baby vegetables, spiced yogurt, and herb salad ($29). To really start a party, guests can order shellfish for the table that includes oyster, shrimp, king crab, and ceviche ($29/mp)." written by Alexandria Guerra.
According to Real Deal :
"Designed by ICrave Design Studio, the black and white-themed space features pops of color via a neon wall installation, pixelated patterns and gold lighting. Its capacity is 326, with private dining rooms, gazebo seating on the lawn, and outdoor seating on the terrace, which fronts Biscayne Boulevard. The nearly 4,900-square-foot restaurant, at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard, is across the street from the new Frost Museum of Science, PAMM and Museum Park. Helmed by executive chef Rafael Linares, STK Miami will feature a menu that’s 70 percent “core STK” and 30 percent location-specific." written by Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz.
According to Curbed :
"This will be The ONE Group’s second STK location in Miami, with the popular steakhouse already experiencing immense success on South Beach on the heels of a recent renovation. It’s being designed by ICRAVE. It will also offer lunch service and outdoor seating, with the design being described as "refreshed, yet edgy," per the release. There will be a custom art collection curated by Indiewalls, featuring works from both local and international artists." written by Josh Baumgard.
